Cancellation Policy
You can have a cabin to yourself, however, you still have to pay for double occupancy. If you do not want to pay for double occupancy we recommend bringing a friend with you.
No. You will need a drivers license or state issued picture ID and a certified copy of your birth certificate. Passports are highly recommended, but not required at this time.
The cancellation policy is outlined below. If you purchase travel insurance, you are eligible to receive up to 75% of your fare back if you need to cancel (this all depends on the policy your purchase). Without a insurance plan, the penalties are as follows:
Up to April 1st - $25 per person penalty
April 2nd thru May 1st - $50 per person penalty
May 2nd thru June 1st - $100 per person penalty
June 2nd thru July 1st - $200 per person penalty
After July 1st - No refunds issues.

Your room gratuity is not included. Carnival recommends $50 per person for the trip as standard gratuity for your room steward and dinner server. The maitre de is not included in this amount. You will be given an envelope to tip him if desired.
Alcohol and sodas are not included, but cash is not accepted. You will need to set up an on board charge account at the time of check in. We also recommend tipping the porters $1 per bag. If you are traveling on the bus, we recommend a $5 tip for the driver each way.

In addition to a fun filled cruise with all food, tea, punch, and entertainment included, you will receive a special wrist band to receive free drinks at our Nurses Appreciation Happy Hour Party with open bar on board the ship and an opportunity to join in discounted shore excursions and our expertise service and responses to your questions and needs before the cruise.

If this happens, we will offer a rebate on the booked cabin after sailing. Amount of rebate to be determined.
